Kudos to Customer Service. I ordered Xmas gifts for family (box 10's) a week before Christmas. The post office put them on the wrong truck going to Florida (I tracked the package). I live in Albany NY. I called their customer service 3 days B4 Xmas freaking out. They overnighted via FedEx a replacement at their expense. The original package finally arrived yesterday.
